We celebrated International Women’s Day at the same time that we recognise the contribution of a key member of our team, including the promotion of Alice Timson to the role of Commercial Director.
Timson has played a pivotal part in our recent successes and 2023 saw her recognised at the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards as its Young Leader of the Year. The all-female Account Management Team at Realistic has been instrumental in our recent transformation and commercial growth.
We are proud to state that our Commercial and Marketing teams are driven by an 85% female talent pool and is a major characteristic of our evolution. Our introduction of an increased content roadmap has seen our games go live in a growing number of new, regulated markets, including Romania and the Netherlands, while new operator partnerships have continued at an equally impressive pace.
We are proud to boast a significant female workforce across all of our departments in an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated.
Leila Guddoy, Head of Marketing at Realistic Games, said: “The culture at Realistic Games is one of the most enriched and forward-thinking I’ve ever experienced and it’s refreshing to work alongside an incredible group of strong female peers.
“The recent growth we’ve achieved as a team is a testament to everyone involved and with our refreshed content underpinning our efforts, I’m excited about what the future holds for us as a studio.
“It’s fitting that we announce the promotion of a key woman in the business on IWD and we are all encouraged by an environment which can see such rapid progression reward the dedication to taking Realistic forward.”
